When I said I participated in a cosplay competition, you can already tell what the mood is for, right?
That's right! I got an award! o/ An honorary mention to be exact. If I can remember, it was called something like "the most kawaii costume". 8'D Yes, and the character was Meowth from Pokémon. I was nearly finished with it last night at 2 a.m, attached some whiskers in the morning. It was so horrible to make it all night long. x___x I wonder when I start to learn to make my costumes in time? I made this one mostly during this week... I had time since we're on autumn holiday.
It was really hard to move with the whole costume on. My feet kept trying to fall apart, I could barely see where I'm walking to, I had to watch my tail, it was difficult to grab things with the paws on. And carrying the costume when not wearing it was difficult, also being in the train. And my hair looked VERY bad since I just tried to make them stay under the head, so I felt really beautiful when I walked around the fair centre without my head. XD
What can I say. I really loved the competition!~ I crashed my foot against a metal bar when walking to the stage. XD I love the atmosphere which prevails the queue to the stage!~ When I put my head on, the people next to me kindly straightened my whiskers! n__n Also, it's really nice and easy to talk to people. I'm not that social a person, but even I enjoy my time when waiting to enter the stage~
Thank you, this week was horrible but I feel so much better now.<3 (I've been having troubles with my stomach AND I've had to make the costume. The latter being my own fault, of course.) I was very confident of my chances to win, I admit that, but it turns out it wasn't in vain~
A brief explanation what has happened to my upcoming costumes: I'll probably make Ciel my long-term costume because I really wanna make China from Hetalia. Also, I think I'll be making Russia for ~
sshameless because I just love the pairing and want to have a Russia with me. I also had a China "cosplay" at my birthday party a week ago but I haven't got pictures from my friend yet.

Omaan päähäni eksyy näinä päivinä lähinnä tyhmiä Hetalia-ajatuksia (yliannostus historiaa tulevien kirjoitusten takia), joten on se hyvä, että joku muu osaa ajatella. :'D Ehkä näin voimme tosiaan välttää tapaamisen alkukankeutta.
